- BIOCONSTRUCTION - Finnland

Finnland is making real advances in sustainable architecture. On of them is building with wood, this has to main reasons: -Finnland is full of forests, so they have a lot of wood. -The wood of the houses captures the CO2 from the air, such as trees do. 1 m3 of wood has 1 tone of CO2 aprox. And a Finnish house has 30 tones of CO2 aprox. Example of a finnish wooden house.

- BIOCONSTRUCTION - Countries with sustainable architecture

Our country isn't very conscious about global warming, so they don't think of what is better for the earth before they make a new building, but luckily there are other countries that are leaders in sustainable architecture. -One of them is Norway.  Norway is constructing buildings with less greenhouse gases emissions, with renewable systems of energy... One of them is: The ballet and opera of Norway. This building is created by  Snøhetta,   a group of architects that are famous for constructing sustainable and amazing buildings. -Canada is very conscious about climate change and this is reflected in they buildings. In fact, in Vancouver (a canadiense city) is trying to be "The greenest city 2020" in 2020. An example of one of this buildings in Canada: -Australia: Australia is one of the countries that have been more affected for climate change. So they are constructing mor sustainable buildings such as:  This Council house in Melbourne. Is made

- BIOCONSTRUCTION - Renewable energy laws

In Spain, the government, made some new laws that can help using more renewable energies. After this law came out, most of the renewable energies had taxes, and if you installed solar panels in your house, you had to pay those taxes. So the sun had its own taxes, if you think about it it's crazy. Fortunately, on the 22th of November of 2019, they upgrade this law. This law now says that, with the global warming that we are experimenting, we have to start using renewable energies. So now the renewable energies have less taxes, and they also trying to close some thermic centrals. I also wanted to write a fact that I've found: Europe has set two objectives. One of them is that in 2026, the taxes for the solar energy in the domestic ambit, will disappear. This is a great advance, but we still suffering of climate change, because this isn't all we have to do to save our planet. We should use the 100% of the renewable energies in our houses, in our cities, in our ways o

- BIOCONSTRUCTION - Ecological houses

Some people started to apply the ecology to the arquitecture, and they created the ecohouses. What are they? An ecohouse, is a house constructed to reduce its footprint of carbon emisions  and energy used. This is made with different types of technology and materials that are good for our enviroment .  What are they based on? They are based in different technics that help them to accomplish its main  purpose. For example: -Using renewable energy systems in the house: this will be respectful for our planet, because using non-renewable energies, increments the emissions of greenhouse gases (and we don't want this). The most common renewable energy that are used in this houses is the solar energy, however, if near your house there is a lot of wind, you can also use a wind turbine to produce energy. -Construct big windows: This can sound kind of silly, but it isn't. Constructing big windows, can reduce energy, because the bigger the window is the more quantity of light
